1. How do I create an account?

CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT- enter email & password you want to use for our webstore hit NEXT button...an email confirmation will be sent to you to verify (this takes a few minutes)

CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT INfFO - Fill in the blanks being sure of a correct shipping address in case you want your items shipped..

CONGRATULATIONS you are ready to shop and/or view all your purchases with us!

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

It typically takes 5-7 business days to receive items, althought some items shipping directly from manufacturer could take a bit longer. If you have questions about the status of your order, please call (270) 683-3333.

3. What if I need to return something?

Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We pride ourselves on using only the best manufacturere. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. All legitimate claims will be honored. In order to process your claim quickly and fairly, please call us at (270) 683-3333.

Returns must be made in person at one of our locations, or by shipping them to our Owensboro location. All returns should be sent along with the completed Return and Exhange form via insured prepaid US mail or UPS to:

All returns must be made within 14 days. All garments must be returned unworn and in sellable condition. No exchange or store credit will be issued until inspection of the merchandise is completed and approved by the returns department.

***All sales of seasonal Items, holiday prints, discontinued styles, and customized embroidered garments are final and not eligible for return.***

4. How long does embroidery take to complete?

Standard embroidered items typically take between 7-10 days to be completed. Custom items may take longer to complete. If ordering a custom embroidered piece, please contact our embroidered department at (270) 683-3333, to check on scheduling.
